To define inner beauty is to remember that beauty is not only what you see on the outside!

I imagine that a lot of people, and especially women, in the world would wish at times that they had had the luck to have been born beautiful just like all those wonderful models that they see on the cat walks, in magazines and on film so I wanted to write this article to try and make the ones that haven’t had that luck to feel a bit better with themselves and to also try and put certain things into perspective!

The main question to ask is what do we conceive as being beautiful? When we look at a great painting we comment on how beautiful it is. When we see a cascading waterfall we also make the same comment and this is all very easy because all we have to focus on is on what we see with only our eyes as neither a painting nor a waterfall have any character or feelings of their own. But then when we are faced with having to make a comment on how beautiful a person or character such as Cruella De vil of ‘A hundred and one Dalmations’ is, because she has always been depicted as being beautiful in looks, how come it is that it is quite a bit harder for us to make the same flattering comment and acknowledge her beauty?


The reason why it is much harder for us to do this is because while she may be beautiful on the outside with her furs, her manicured looks and her ever perfect hair style, she is so horrible in her character that we just can’t bring ourselves to say that she is beautiful – in fact most of us would end up describing her as a simply horrible character, which she is.

So it is quite clear to see that beauty if not just on the surface. It has to be perceived on the outside but most importantly there has to be something of beauty on the inner surface as well. If we take a reverse example of a character such as (again I revert to Walt Disney) Dumbo who was never intended to be a beauty and indeed was portrayed as being slightly deformed with his overly large ears, we all remember how we thought that he was so beautiful and so endearing and didn’t even notice his ears any more as his sweet character won over everything else.

This is proof that a warm and sweet character can add up piles of points towards beauty than just beauty on its own.

I am sure that there have been many times during your life when you have seen a couple where either the man or the woman were exceptionally beautiful but that the other partner was completely the opposite and you may have questioned how this couple came to be. Well the simple answer is that the partner that maybe doesn’t look so beautiful on the outside has beauty beyond comparison on the inside. These qualities can include things such as patience, understanding, warmth, compassion, sense of humour, kindness and a great abundance of love to give. How can beauty just on its own match up to all of these qualities.

Remember that no matter how beautiful a person can be when they are young that the beauty qualities that they have will not last forever as with age, even with plastic surgery, those qualities will all begin to disintegrate but yet the inner qualities that they have will last forever and no amount of time will be able to make them die.

Did you know that people can all learn telepathy? This is the ability to sense and transmit our feelings to others over a distance without the use of words or our five physical senses. This mind to mind communication happens instantly, and can even happen over enormous distances.

If you think you can’t learn telepathy, it’s time to reconsider. Most of us have already had a telepathic experience of some kind without knowing it. We don’t realize it’s this kind of experience, or don’t even know it’s happening. What happened was, one or both of you telepathically made contact with the other, transmitting emotions of affection, longing, wonder at their current state of affairs, or something like that.


This telepathic contact sparked them to contact you verbally. Maybe you thought of them first, and they received your feelings and were prompted to contact you. Or, maybe they signaled to you, your thoughts of them were return signals (without you realizing it) and that gave them the go-ahead to make further contact. And it could have been that they were preparing to contact you and you telepathically perceived it before they actually did the action.

Many people feel that they cannot learn telepathy for one reason or another. It might have to do with religious upbringing teaching them that telepathy is ’sorcery’ and ‘of the devil’, so they have never tried to learn it and might even have suppressed any telepathic experiences they were having until they could no longer recognize them. They may also have been told that telepathy is irrational nonsense because there’s no ’scientific evidence’ for it-another lie (there actually is such evidence).

Now, one barrier to people learning telepathy is that there is another myth surrounding telepathy that many who actually use it believe. This is the idea that spoken language is ‘inferior’ and we only learned it because, for some mysterious reasons, our telepathic abilities decayed over millennia. This is just as untrue as the above-mentioned myths. However, there was a time when words and telepathy went hand in hand -like music and lyrics.

In that analogy, the lyrics would be spoken words and the music would be telepathy. Each one enhances the other. Words are needed to clarify and more sharply define the telepathic feelings. This was why words were developed in the first place. Unfortunately, it clearly appears to be the case that over a long period of time people became so dependent on language that they came to neglect their development of telepathic communication.

Are you interested in telepathy now? Want to open up the doors of perception and be closer to other people than you’ve ever been before? Learning telepathy is much easier than it sounds to people who’ve never done it before. Just like everything else, it takes practice.

First, you should partner up with someone, preferably a long-established friend, who shares your open-minded attitude about the possibility of telepathic powers. In fact if it’s possible, partner up with someone who burns with the desire to learn it (as hopefully you also do). When you’re starting out you need all the positive reinforcement you can get.

Next, you and your partner must separate from each other at least enough to where you can’t physically see each other. You also need to both relax as much as you possibly can. As with most things, being all tensed up will interfere and negatively impact your performance. Clear your minds of any stresses, worries about things, etc. Have a method of getting in touch with each other in the usual way available, such as a telephone.

Decide who’ll go first, then visualize the other person as clearly as you can in your mind. Alternate who is doing this, and imagine a connection between you. This connection can take many forms, but a string of light or something similar are very common images.

Now, ’send’ your thoughts about something through that thread or from one light to the other light, like a telephone call or Web cam transmission. Keep your thoughts simple and make them as clear as you can – think about a photograph of your kids you have in front of you or something simple like that for now.

When you feel (literally) that you’ve completed this telepathic transmission, contact the partner by cellphone, etc, and ask them what if anything they saw in their mind. Once you’ve compared notes, it’s the partner’s turn to telepathically send to you.

When you’re starting out, if you don’t feel like you’re able to make a transmission after fifteen minutes or so, take a break. Keep early attempts simple and brief so you’re not tired or frustrated. Negativity doesn’t help.

Times when its alluded you your experiences are likely to have been negative.


To help your inner beauty appear more often, and grow in the process, practice the art of slowing down your thoughts. A jumbled mass of thoughts doesn’t leave much room for beauty to gain a foothold from inside of you. When your thoughts crash from one to another, they shut out intuition, wise thoughts and your inner child. All of these components help to make up the beauty that resides within.

Encourage your inner child by playing. Playing isn’t just for children, and being child like is vastly different from being childish. Enjoy living in the moment. Really experience what’s happening around you, and take up fun, playful behaviour to stimulate your inner child to come out to play more often.

The part of you which is wise is also beautiful. It sees what’s really going on, remembers past learning and suggests future actions to help you. Your inner wisdom can guide you through challenging situations and lead you along the right path. You can help the beauty of your wisdom to increase by listening to your inner voice, and taking notice of hunches and acting on them more often.

The beauty of compassion can be cultivated by extending yourself outside of your emotional comfort zone. When someone is in need, imagine what it’s like to be in their shoes, and to live their life. Gain understanding of people you usually disregard, and your feelings of compassion will grow. Help others, and share what you can spare, and your inner beauty will reach out beyond it’s normal scope.

You can enhance your inner beauty by being still of mind, and by letting a stream of consciousness flow. By listening to your inner wisdom, letting the innocence of child like behaviour emerge, and by being compassionate your special nature will show through, and extend its growth to match your effort.

After introducing Megan to Acne Complex, she used the products for 4 weeks, got clear, healthy skin and ended up on the cover of our catalogs, website and other marketing pieces.

Well, we might not be recruiting in your city or town, but you could become the new face of Murad Acne Complex. Step 4. Use Acne Complex for 4 weeks

Hydrate Your Skin

Dermatologist state, when you are exposed to the sun and participate
in sun activities or sweat you lose water. Water hydrates the skin,
keeps it moist, supple, elastic, young! Drink at least 8 glasses of
water per day during the summer. You may need more if you are very
active or sweat profusely.

Cleanse & Moisturize

Establish a regular cleansing routine for your skin especially
during the summer months. Important to get rid of nasty grit and
grime, sweat buildup, pollutants. Use a moisturizing soap to cleanse skin.
